SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping charges start at $8.00. Shipping is free on orders $175+ (choose UPS-Free at checkout). Most items will be shipped USPS. Orders of five garments or more will be shipped UPS ground.

RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal- we hope that you will love your Uniform HQ purchase. However, should you decide you'd like to bring something back, we will accept returns up to 30 days after your purchase. Please leave all merchandise tags attached and present your receipt.

Items not eligible for return: Worn or laundered garments (unless there is a manufacter defect), clearance items, and medical accessories.

If your purchase was a special order, your return may be subject to a restocking fee of $3 per garment.
We will issues refunds in the same form of payment in which you purchased. However, if your purchase was made on payroll deduction, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit/gift certificate.

Returns by mail must be made with 14 days of receipt of order. Please contact our store immediately for return approval and notification of reason. Call 270-443-3891

FINAL SALE ITEMS

In an effort to be fair and consistent to all of our customers and continue to provide you with the best possible service, there are certain items that are not eligble for return. These include seasonal and holiday prints, discontinued styles and prints, customized embroidered garments and medical accessories.

DEFECTIVE NEW AND WORN MERCHANDISE

Because we guarantee our garments to be free of defect in workmanship and fabric flaws, please notify us within 14 days of any unforseen defective garments, please mark the defective area. Credit will be issued after return department has inspected and determined that the garment is a manufacturer's defect.

ORDER INACCURACIES

Orders shipped inaccurately should be reported within 5 days of receipt of goods.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancelling your online account DOES NOT constitue a return of product. You must contact us regarding product returns.
