About Us

Uniform Headquarters, formerly Barbara's Uniforms, was established in 1970 and was purchased in 1994 by current ownership, Kimberly and Trin Davis.

Uniform Headquarters has three store locations in Paducah, KY, a main "flagship" store, which exists as the corporate headquarters, and two satellite locations inside local hospitals- Mercy Health Lourdes and Baptist Health Paducah. In addition, we have a mobile on-site sales division ready to come your facility!

Our mission is to serve those who serve others, to assist our customers with their professional image while providing the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE they will ever experience.
